The rail transport wagon automated carrier along a fixed path loads up to 300 tons. Custom deck frames can be designed for specific assemblies to carry an entire shift of production and even serve as a stable movable machine base.
These rail transport wagon automated carriers are mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path. They get power from railway. The 380V alternating-current is transformed into safe current 36V. The current collectors mounted on trolley get the 36V current from the railway and transmit it into electronic box and thus to make the car start, stop, move forward and move backward. Combined with PLC system, full automatic operation is available. It’s widely used, life long, safe and flexible.
