Electric Cargo Loading Trailer

PERFECT’s cargo transfer vehicles are movable platforms used for the horizontal movement of materials, assemblies and other items. It is powered by storage battery, which is installed on the transfer carts. The loadling transfer vehicles are manual guide vehicles equipped with specialized drive systems which make it possible to easily, precisely and safely move up to 200 tons. Usually the vehicles are used to accommodate the needs of a wide range of industries including Steel, Aluminum, Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing and others.These cargo loading vehicles are designed to operate on floor or rails and are used to transport heavy materials across crane bays or in areas not serviced by an overhead crane.

We have a wide range of industrial transfer carriages to suit the job and application. And they are used on rail (square bar) for definite travel or used on cement in painting shops, quarries, warehouses and multi-bay workshops for transferring loads.
The carriages are standard or non-standard designed considering pay load. Various parameters for considering the pay load include the dimension of the load, point Loading, speed, length, width & height. The structure is box girder structure,not easy deformation and wheels are made from alloy steel to suit the load and profile of rail or polyurethane solid wheels to suit the cement floor. Power feeding is done through cable reeling drum or storage battery.
