Low pressure rail rail powered electric transfer vehicle —- Factory transport
Perfect home BDG low-voltage track power supply electric transfer vehicle maintenance is convenient, easy to disassemble, strong bearing capacity, long service life, small deformation of the table, is deeply loved by the majority of users, today Xiaobian to tell you about the use of low-voltage track electric transfer vehicle matters needing attention!
1. Check whether the data on the nameplate meet the requirements before use.
2. When multipoint power supply is adopted and step-down transformers must be run in parallel, first check the polarity of the transformer outlet head. The main side of the step-down transformer should be supplied by a power point. When the rail is too long and has to be supplied by different power points, the 36 side rail and compensation cable should be disconnected, and each section of the power supply should be implemented.
3. The midpoint of the PDG transformer low-voltage coil has been drawn out and overlapped with the iron clip. In general, the step-down transformer should be connected to the neutral line of the workshop and the step-up transformer to the body at the bolt with the grounding mark. In addition, other parts of the low-voltage 36 line (including the track) should not be repeatedly connected to zero. When choosing the special ground connection zero method, attention should be paid to not form a short circuit, and if necessary, take off the shell contact of the transformer low-voltage coil.
4. The step-down transformer should be installed in a place with good ventilation, far away from other heat sources, and as far as possible to the farthest power supply point of the rail to minimize the impedance.
5. The ascending and descending transformers should be installed on the horizontal plane, and other installation methods are not allowed.
